Zoom
Description
Kronologic's Zoom integration automatically creates, updates, and cancels Zoom meetings for every booking made through your Kronologic scheduling page. When a guest books time with you, Kronologic creates a Zoom meeting in your own Zoom account and includes the join URL in the calendar invite and confirmation email — no manual work, no copy-pasting links.
This page explains how to install, use, and remove the Kronologic Zoom integration.
Installing the Zoom integration
Sign in to your Kronologic account at go.kronologic.ai. If you don't have an account yet, sign up for free at kronologic.com.
In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
Find the Zoom card and click Connect.
You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Sign in to your Zoom account (if you aren't already) and review the permissions Kronologic is requesting.
Click Allow to authorize Kronologic.
You'll be redirected back to the Kronologic Integrations page. The Zoom card should now show a green Connected badge.
That's it — every new booking will now automatically create a Zoom meeting in your connected Zoom account.
What the integration does
Once connected, Kronologic will:
Create a Zoom meeting the moment a guest confirms a booking on your scheduling page. The Zoom join URL is automatically added to the calendar invite and the confirmation email sent to both you and your guest.
Update the Zoom meeting if the booking is rescheduled to a new time. The same join URL remains valid, so guests don't need a new link.
Delete the Zoom meeting if the booking is cancelled by either you or your guest, so your Zoom account stays free of stale meetings.
Identify your connected Zoom account in the Kronologic Integrations page, so you can confirm which account is linked.
Permissions (scopes) Kronologic requests
Kronologic requests only the minimum Zoom permissions needed to create and manage meetings on your behalf:
View and manage your meetings (meeting:read, meeting:write, meeting:update, meeting:delete) — so Kronologic can create, update, and cancel meetings for your bookings.
View your user profile (user:read) — read once during setup to identify the connected account.
Kronologic never accesses Zoom meeting recordings, chat messages, or meeting content. The integration is strictly limited to the meeting lifecycle described above.
Removing the Zoom integration
To fully remove the Kronologic Zoom integration, disconnect it in both places:
From Kronologic:
Sign in at go.kronologic.ai.
Click Integrations in the sidebar.
On the Zoom card, click Disconnect. Kronologic will immediately delete your stored Zoom access tokens.
From Zoom:
Sign in to the Zoom Marketplace at marketplace.zoom.us.
Click Manage in the top-right, then click Added Apps in the left sidebar.
Find Kronologic in the list and click Remove.
Confirm the removal when prompted.
After completing both steps, Kronologic will no longer be able to create, update, or cancel Zoom meetings on your behalf.
Troubleshooting
New bookings aren't creating Zoom meetings. Open the Kronologic Integrations page and check whether the Zoom card shows a Reconnect button instead of Connected. If so, click Reconnect and complete the authorization flow again — this can happen if your Zoom password has changed or if the token expired.
The Zoom join URL is missing from a confirmation email. Make sure the meeting type you're using has Zoom set as its location. You can check this by editing the meeting type from the Meeting Types page in Kronologic.
I can't find the Kronologic Zoom integration in the Zoom Marketplace. You don't install Kronologic from the Zoom Marketplace directly — you install it from inside Kronologic by going to Integrations → Zoom → Connect. The authorization happens on Zoom's side during that flow.
